  • Learning to Shop, Cook and Eat Smarter

If your goal is to simply learn how to eat a more balanced and smarter diet, an RD can teach you how to grocery shop smarter and more efficiently, use nutrient-dense ingredients, practice time-saving cooking methods, and balance your meals with a wide variety of foods.

  • Weight Management

An RD can look at your current habits and help you with a personalized plan to meet your weight goals- whether that means weight maintenance, weight loss, weight gain, or even changes in body composition.  There is no one-size-fits-all approach for weight loss, and we now know that it is not as simple as counting calories.  An RD helps you build action strategies based on what works for your body, schedule and family needs.

  • Guidance with Food Allergies, Sensitivities and Intolerances

Whether recently diagnosed with a food allergy, or trying to navigate through ingredients to minimize effects of food sensitivities, an RD can help answer all your questions and create a personalized plan.

  • Improve Performance in Sports and Training

Despite the most regimented exercise program, you will not perform at your peak or meet your fitness goals unless your diet is supportive of your level of activity and workout routine.  An RD can help you maximize your strength, recovery and performance with the right nutrition plan.
