What will your meeting with the dietitian look like? Morgan will take into account your personal goals, current eating habits and food preferences, schedule and readiness to make changes. With her guidance, you will create achievable strategies to work toward your wellness goals, while building your confidence around food and nutrition.
Initial nutrition consultations include review of personal nutrition and health background, body composition measurements (optional), discussion of nutrition and wellness goals, nutrition education and counseling, determination of calorie and macronutrient needs (if applicable), creation of a sample meal plan, and formation of personal nutrition strategies.
Nutrition follow ups include monitoring and evaluation of nutrition plan, assessment of progress, further nutrition education and counseling, and revisions of strategies as needed.
Nutrition Packages
NUTRITION PRO
Initial assessment and 2 follow up sessions, portal message support between sessions, a sample meal plan, plus access to one group nutrition class. This package is for clients who have a higher than average understanding of nutrition and can benefit from assistance with wellness strategies and goal setting, and managing dietary details.
NUTRITION INTERMEDIATE
Initial assessment and 5 follow up sessions, portal message support between sessions, sample meal plan, plus access to two group nutrition classes. This package is for clients who have average nutrition knowledge and can benefit from additional nutrition education, ongoing meal planning support, mentorship and goal setting.
NUTRITION NOVICE
Initial assessment and 10 follow up sessions, portal message support between sessions, evolving sample meal plans, plus access to three group nutrition classes. This package is for clients who can benefit starting with the nutrition basics, building upon steps to success and executing a gradual action plan, while receiving ongoing mentorship, encouragement and support.
